Customer is having intermittent lighting followed by the unit not heating. I checked as many things as I could with whirlpool but Al I was finding is that the ignitor is bad and the board makes a humming noise. After replacing the main control I found the relay was sticking and making that humming noise as well so I put the customers original board back in. After that I replaced the ignitor.
