Replaced console

"F0-e2 over sudsF0-e5 off balanced loadF5-e3 unlock failure F5-e2 lock failure F9-e1 long drain Customer stated that the unit was full of water and she could not use the unit. When I arrived the unit was empty and unlocked but with wet cloths in it. From there I extracted error codes. After that I checked the drain pump catch and that was empty. From there I checked the pressure hose and that seemed ok. I ran auto test cycle and that tested out good and did not cause any new error codes. After that I cleaned all the dog hair out of the bellow since all the drain holes were clogged up. After that I called whirlpool technical and discussed some finding with them. Whirlpool stated there biggest problem is that they need a Comercial unit since they have a dog training business so they should have a Comercial unit, as well that they are using to much detergent because they have a water softener. After all that I put the cloths that were in the unit when I arrived and I ran a quick cycle, showed the customer how much soap bubbles were in it without putting and detergent in it. At the end of the cycle the unit spun out and the cloths seem dry however there was a lot of soap in the drum at the end of the cycle. From what I can tell the unit seems to be working as designed now however the unit should be run through clean cycle with a fresh at least once if not twice.
