2nd time for same fridge problem. service was fine. only thing is, i noticed a small new scratch on this fairly new fridge after the service guy left. probably happened when removing parts or putting something back in place. the scratch, it is small, about 1/2 inch, but of course i will always see it now. on stainless steel.

They came quickly, ordered the part and came back to replace it on brand new washing machine. Almost everything went smooth. This should have been a 5-star review, however I didn't notice the tech left the malfunctioning control panel in the replacement box in my basement. Now I have to find an electronics recycling drop-off. 🙁 Turned a good experience into another inconvenience after dealing with a bad washer.

Technician came at the appointed time; was polite and courteous; completed the job in a short time frame and was on his way. The only change I would like to see & its not the techs fault, but to receive a call if I'm at the end of the 3-hour window. My time was 9 - 12 pm and he came at 11:50 am.

Professional & courteous service! Felipe was very conscientious and took his time replacing the shattered glass for our oven. He cleaned up the area making sure there was no stray pieces of glass afterwards.

Too many service calls to solve problems

There were 2 issues with my oven - the second arose after the initial service call but before the follow up visit with the required part. JennAir assured me that Dan Marc would be informed about the second problem but the service person was not so advised - so a third visit was required! I don’t know whether the fault lay with JennAir or with Dan Marc’s office.

Your technicians have to be well trained in their behavior when they are visiting Customers. Totally unhappy with behavior exhibited by technician. He did his job but at times he wasn’t sure what was he doing and exihibited unacceptable behavior while on service call. Please train your technicians in all aspects of customer service.

The service technician was punctual, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem, and corrected what was wrong. Overall an excellent experience.

My gas oven/range would shut down at intermittent times causing the oven to shut off & clock functions to blink. Called Whirlpool who had Dan Marc Appl come out in a timely fashion. Felipe checked wiring & connections & all looked secure. The oven & clock worked for approx 2 hrs until it shut off & clock blinking again. I called them same day & a couple days later they said they were ordering a part to swap out to see if that would correct problem. He came out a few days later, swapped part, & everything has been working fine. Very good customer care. Under warranty.

As we have suggested to other companies is to have personal equipped with protected foot wear (botties) to protect customers rugs/floors. Believe me this makes a big impression on customers.

The company was unable to send a repairman on the date they promised to return, and did not notify me ahead of time of this change. I wish I had received a call or an email, but I had to call the company myself in order to find this out. Shortly before the scheduled time of the visit, I called, and the company even led me to believe that a repairman was still coming, but one never did. I also emptied out and defrosted my entire fridge, expecting the repairman to come on the scheduled date, but since he didn't, I was unable to store food in my fridge for several days which was a big inconvenience, especially because it was holiday season. After sending the company a formal complaint, this issue was ultimately resolved. A repairman was sent the following week and my fridge was fixed. However, I think there needs to be better communication between the company and it's clients to prevent issues like this in the future.

Once again very prompt. Unfortunately they did not make sure it worked properly after changing the parts. We have another date for them to redetermine the problem. Loved them until this part.

Didn't improve the operation of the oven. Suggest not offering 50/50 chance to other customers. We paid for getting rid of your old stock for no benefit to us. whirlpool oven

Jose has been wonderful, arriving on time, is courteous, kind and knowledgeable. However, after 4 attempts (by Dan Marc) and one by Heller's Gas company to repair this oven, it is still not working correctly and Whirlpool is still refusing to stand behind their product.

Nice rep but idiotic procedures

First we call Kitchen Aid to have our sink disposal repaired and wait a week to get someone out. The Kitchen Aid rep had no clue about the product or the warranty. It took a week to get the repair rep out. The repair rep shows up, looks under our sink and says "I'm not a licensed plumber". My reaction is why would they send someone to repair our disposal that is not familiar with plumbing?? Thankfully I was home and not my wife so I spent all of 2 minutes removing the disposal. The rep looks at it and says "It needs to be replaced". "Not sure why they didn't just send me out with one". Then he proceeds to tell me it will be another week until the new one comes in and he can to deliver it. I questioned why he had to deliver it since if they could ship it I wouldn't have to wait a week to have him come back and I will be installing it anyway. He said they will not deliver it and that's how they do it. So now I have to deal with a smelly sink that constantly clogs for another week during the Christmas Holiday so he can drop it off on Christmas Eve. This has to be the most inefficient idiotic way of doing business that I have ever witnessed. Why pay a guy to drive somewhere to repair something he cant repair or even replace? If my wife was home he would have had to have made two return trips since my wife would not have removed the disposal!

First, the best investment I made with this washer is the extended warranty. This is the fourth time it needed to be repaired in less then two years. My only problem was the comments by the technician. He stated “found kinked drain hose and straighten kink”. My problem with this is the link was cause by the previous technician when he came to make the repair and pulled the washer out from the wall and kinked the hose on the dryer that was next to the washer. So the way I see it, this problem was cause by your last technician.

Poor Quality Control

We had a Freon leak in our refrigerator. The first technician did not properly check his work and did a poor job soldering, which led to another immediate leak and another week without a refrigerator. The second technician did a good job and was honest about the problem with the first fix. There should be protocols in place to test the equipment before the technician leaves to avoid this happening in the future.

Gabino and his partner provided great service. Waiting a week to get the computer replaced was a long time considering it was a week wait for the first 10-minute service visit to determine the computer needed to be replaced. It was clear on the initial phone call that the outlet had power yet there was nothing happening with the washer panel. The computer should have been ordered at that time so that it was available with the service personnel at the first visit. The washer was only 4 months old - disappointing that there was an issue, but it was covered.

Know it all - did nothing on 12-17-18

The gentleman who showed up on Monday 12/17 did not listen to a word my wife and I said about the issue with the Kitchen Aid refrigerator. He took internal readings of the fridge and freezer compartments and said there was nothing wrong. I asked him to open the back and check it and he indicated that he knew these appliances and left. Needless to say I had to have them come back and Dan Marc sent a much more reasonable technician who removed the back and indicated that the evaporator fan and condenser fan were dead and needed to be replaced. Now I have no refrigerator for the holiday as it will take several days to get the parts.
