Roberto was extremely friendly and understanding on the phone. Unfortunately, Whirlpool customer service didn’t update the new address and he was sent there.

My tech explained to me why the washing machine wasn't working and showed me the broken part on my washing machine. He was polite and very respectful.

My name is Anthony Clemente The service guy that came to service my dryer very pleasant to deal with. The only complaint I have the dryer is only 6 months old , when I put the service call in I to wait about 5 days I feel it was way to long for a unit that is 6 months old to wait that many days without a dryer work properly.
