Lewis is an excellent technician. He diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and ordered the part, and when the incorrect part was sent (through no fault of his own) he still managed to find the correct part and get our dishwasher running. The correct part was even less expensive than the part he ordered, which was a nice bonus. He is also polite and a pleasure to do business with. He’s an asset to the Dan Marc business.

I don’t think it’s right to charge a huge fee to just look at the problem and then once they tell you what the problem is- they say it costs x more- instead of saying what the total costs would be from the outset. We spent $600 on a new ice maker in which he just slid in in two seconds. We might’ve just purchased a brand new fridge all together had we known it would cost $600, $400 of that being 3 mins of “labor” and someone driving to our house. Not. Cool.

Lewis is very professional and knowledgeable. He serviced two appliances on our most current appointment and has assisted me with previous issues. We know we are in good hands when he is assigned to our job.
