Roberto was great so far the machine is working well. The only issue I had is he did not text me before he came and I was in the shower otherwise he was wonderful.

The story ended happily, but it was a very bumpy ride. The first technician was dismissive and failed to diagnose the problem, doing little more than power-cycling the freezer and telling us the ice maker was turned off and the freezer was “cold enough.” The second time he came, he admitted there was a problem and ordered parts, but again it was not a correct diagnosis. The third visit was a different person who correctly diagnosed the issue. The repair was thereafter complicated by the wrong part being brought out at one point, and extreme delays in finally bringing the correct part. After finally installing all the correct parts, the freezer still was reading low temperature and not making ice for about 24 hours. But as of yesterday, November 14, the temperature in the freezer finally reached the set/programmed temp of -3, the warning light went off, and it began making abundant ice. The last 2 techs involved in the job were very nice and polite and did great. Office staff were nice during the many calls and inquiries in this process. But the way it started and the actions of the first repair technician added, I believe, at least a couple of weeks and maybe a month to the amount of time we were without a freezer. Thanks very much for sticking with it and finally fixing our freezer.

Excellent customer service! The technician was very professional and competent! Solved the problem with our Washing Machine in 10 minutes. We are very grateful!
