Michael was fantastic! He made sure I was completely happy with my stove before he left. He was very nice and helpful. I would definitely ask for him if I have a problem in the future.

Craig was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time both times he came out. I was very pleased with how helpful he was and friendly. The repair was much more involved than I thought and he really knew what he was doing and he also cleaned up areas that he didn’t have to but knew I couldn’t reach !!! So appreciated that !! I would call them again with out hesitation.

Craig was very helpful. Highly recommended. When my warrantee is over I will still reach out to DanMarc for service.
