I was connected with because I have a warranty on my fridge. I had a small problem with my ice maker - the lever is not functioning. The provider arrived and told my babysitter the ice maker was fixed when he departed, but when I returned home it was still not functional. Very disappointed that I had to contact the warranty company again to restart this entire process.
