Good morning.  Thank you for giving us the detailed frustrating experience you had, in trying to get your Kitchen Aid range serviced.  While you may have given this information to the representative at Whirlpool (Kitchen Aid), that information was not forwarded to us.  We were only given your Kearny address and the one phone number.  I am sending your response to Whirlpool, so they can hopefully coach that rep.  

We can only aplogize for not being able to assist that day, but hope you can understand, if we have no idea of an alternate address, our hands are tied and our time is wasted, as well as yours.
