Curteous, professional and timely!!

Tech didn’t do enough to my satisfaction as far as not even draining the water that accumulated at the bottom of the appliance which was the problem to begin with and hence the service call. He mentioned about a faulty valve that needs to be replaced and will cause upwards of $400 plus to replace (ridiculous). For another couple of hundred bucks I can buy a brand new one for crying out loud. So for this experience it was a waste of time and money per se and will write a review on Yelp regarding this issue.
