Customers complaint is that while washing a comforter there was a banning noise and right rear part of tub dropped down and tested unit and found right rear suspension rod came out and reinstalled Rod and performed system calibration and there is no model/serial tag and has been an issue in the past but was billed out. Please inform contracts of issues with no tag we cant service the unit.

Maintenance people who do the actual repairs are always super nice and knowledgeable, but the customer service center people who answer the phones are always rude and helpless. They don’t do anything at all to help narrow down arrival times.. I.e. it’s very simple to tell a customer whether they are the first or last stop in the time slot. The time slots are longer than any other service company I have ever worked with, which is incredibly inconvenient.
