We did not know this service would not clean out our dryer vent. Air flow code means that is the likely cause. The dryer functions in all other ways. No electrical issues He checked everything out just fine but we were shocked that the real issue would not be taken care of. Still we paid for a wasted service call. Also, there was no live voice to talk to prior to actual visit.
