Company was scheduled to come in the afternoon . I confirmed . I scheduled myself to be home . They send me a text in the morning which I did not confirm an earlier appointment . I did not see the text until 12 noon . The technician shows up in the morning when my husband is home alone and has dementia , extremely upsetting

He was very knowledgeable, friendly and advised me when my appointment time was nearing during the day so I could be home in plenty of time to meet him.
