Came to fix my appliance 5x since November and it still hasn’t be fixed Everytime he comes he says it’s a different problem. I have never used the machine once since November it’s now march 2024

Jeff is great! He had serviced our appliances in his previous position at Sears. He is very personable and thoroughly explained the issue (and fix) for our dryer. You are lucky to have a tech like Jeff.

Jeff was knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we needed. The company was a pleasure to work with. They answered my questions, they got the parts we needed expeditiously, and the day before they gave us a three hour window and held true to that three hour window. Showed up right on time. I would use them again, and definitely recommend them. 5 stars for sure.

Very prompt service. The Repairperson was very professional and competent and nice! The follow-up appointment was also very prompt and stress-free. The system kept me informed and sent reminders. Excellent service!
