Andre was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He clearly knows his craft and takes his profession seriously. The automatic call notifications for time frame matched the technicians arrival. I hope not to need their services but if I do they are definitely the people you want.

I’ve already written to David Gonzalez at Dan Marc relating my experience and commending Brett for his expertise and excellent service. It was deceptive of Ed at Whirlpool to lie about Brett’s findings and write a SR that was a far cry from What Brett reported to him

Just confused by the rates. We hear different ones from everyone we talk to. Quoted one rate and then almost charged double because 2 guys came out?!?!
