Knowledgeable and quickly resolved the issue.

Tech was much much better than the tech that was sent the first time for this issue. The first tech was dismissive and just told me to raise the rack and then told me to level the range. This tech actually called the manufacturer and spoke to someone and that person told him it was a known issue that the bottom rack may hit the door. If the first tech did the same due diligence as this tech it would have saved weeks of time and a second tech having to come to the house.

Technician was knowledgeable friendly and explained problem! I was very satisfied with the service and the obvious experience of my technician !
