Thank you for responding to our survey.  I have reviewed his diagnosis and also checked on the parts that would be necessary to resolve the issue, and unfortunately they are no longer available by the mfg.  He knew what was wrong and without the ability to get these parts for you, the appliance is rendered unrepairable.  We do not make the parts and the mfg determines if and when they will stop production on parts for their product.  We have no control of availability.
