The service person on site was excellent but the process of getting there was a real annoyance. You can’t give people a 3 hour window less than 24 hours before their appointment. I had asked for a Friday appointment more than a week ahead of time and just asked for the earliest 3 hour window they had. (Not a specific time) They couldn’t even guarantee that. I had to reschedule three different times.

I had two appliance issues. Tim fixed the refrigerator parts properly but was very off putting with my dishwasher that has a warranty. Please do not send him on the next visit.

Michael was professional and was able to solve the problem quickly. We had lights that were out in our JennAir fridge and he replaced them with no problem.
