Dishwasher was broken. Received accurate diagnosis next day, with part and installation in a matter of days. Great experience and very satisfied!

Marc was lovely, personable, friendly. But here's my issue: I had provided the specific description of the problem with my Kitchenaid convection wall oven, the serial number, the model number, and the error message ahead of time. With just that information, Marc looked up the needed part on his iPad while in my kitchen and determined it was no longer available and I would have to purchase a new oven. I could have easily been told this information without having to pay for a service call to the house. I cannot report on Marc's technical or repair capabilities or expertise because absolutely no work was performed. All that said, I would still call them again if they are a certified service company for one of my appliances.
