First service man did nothing. Ordered parts. Had to wait 8 days more for parts. Second service man fixed the washing machine in about 10 minutes. First guy said it would be a big job, he ordered parts that were wrong, wrong diagnosis. Both guys were very pleasant and professional.

I was updated w/ time frame along the way. He for professional, courteous and helpful. Although the washer machine wasn’t the problem, He was able to pinpoint the problem n direct in the right direction. Whirlpool did recommend them, they have the contract with Whirlpool.
