Eric is a very knowledgeable tech. The stove is better after his serving. Unfortunately for me the current whirlpool product has been hijacked my a foreign company that produces an inferior product from just 15 years ago. Purchase USA products whenever possible. Do your research and buy American including the parts. I would NOT recommend any whirlpool product of waste of you hard earned money.
