Frank was an incredible tech, he was able to diagnose a very difficult factory wiring problem with 30 minutes, he dismantled the entire dryer removing drum and to locate the wire. As a Maintenance Manager is see good and bad all day every day but Frank was not only capable but more than willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. My Hats off to a true Technician who has mastered his craft.
