Michael was excellent , prompt, and reliable! He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts and returned the following week. He was pleasant and knowledgeable which is always a big relief with an appliance repair person. I need my washer to function and Michael made it happen ! Annoying the Whirlpool washer is only 2+ years old to have such a problem. I told Michael if we have any future problems, I would request for him to come. Hope you value what a good employee he is.

Outstanding service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Service after service for an appliance that I just purchased and haven’t even used, and still no resolution. Please deem this machine unrepairable, as it is more than apparent from your failed attempts, so that I can get this junk out of my house and have my money returned. Thank you.
