Keith, was a professional, courteous and a friendly technician. As far as the product, which has a lot to be desired and would not recommend that model.

The service person was pleasant and completed his work efficiently but the cost was ridiculous. He entered my home at 8:01 gave me a bill at 8:07 when he was done that included not only a service call fee of 137.95 but also $129.00 for labor. This is totally ridiculous especially since I was told by the warranty person the cost would be about. $150. Although the service person was pleasant and replaced the part I will never recommend your company.
