Jason was awesome but unfortunately not his fault that this was the 9th time a Dan Marc technician was attempting to fix my issue. Needless to say the problem still exists.

First off I would of liked a call prior to the visit so I didn’t have to leave the repairman out in the cold while I put my dogs away , once he was in he got right to the problem & quickly solved it , can’t ask for better !!
