Service technician made sure to take the time to find out what the problem was and fixed it. We no longer have any problems with our dishwasher. He was professional and efficient. I highly recommend.

Company was scheduled to come in the afternoon . I confirmed . I scheduled myself to be home . They send me a text in the morning which I did not confirm an earlier appointment . I did not see the text until 12 noon . The technician shows up in the morning when my husband is home alone and has dementia , extremely upsetting
