They did a great job. Technician was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue at hand.

Actually I was very pleased with Andre's assessment of what was wrong with our refrigerator . And also happy with Andre's repair skills as well as technical skills. We were disappointed with the length of time we had to wait for our repair to be. Completed. It took more than two months to come with the part and complete the work. So we had to purchase a smaller temporary refrigerator. That cost us $700. And the repair cost $800.00 We only had this refrigerator for less than two years. I wish we could be compensated for this repair.

The technical rep was very dismissive and rude. Had a bad attitude.
