The repair was an extended warranty on a kitchenaid refrigerator. The service man was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the problems and updated repair parts. Chris said that the parts would be in fairly quickly and the company would reach out when the parts were in house. Within a week, the parts were in and the repair appointment was made. Chris installed all the required parts and cleaned up, all within 1/2 an hour. Thumbs up!

Our technician Chris has been out to troubleshoot our range several times. He is always on time and professional. So far it has proven to be difficult to resolve but he has tried several different things and not given up. He has been a pleasure to deal with.
