Needed service for a kitchenaid frig and called Dan Mark, service for my area. Service was beyond expectations, professional from start to finish. Service technician Joe knew immediately what the problem was and the resolution to it. Appreciate knowing there are still companies that put their customers before thinking of their profits.

While Joe was very thorough and knowledgeable, he could not determine why the pause button periodically doesn't work after an unbalanced load, causing us to cancel the cycle and unplugging the machine to reset it to allow us to open the lid. Maytag needs to be informed of this possible defect.
