When i arrived the unit was full of ice and there was a slab of ice in the grid cutter. Ran the unit through diagnostic and the water level pump was not noticing an empty bin. I called whirlpool tech line and we came to the conclusion that the water level switch (recirculation pump) is faulty. We will order a new circulation pump with water level sensor.
