Ck unit upon arrival ran diagnostic test on ice maker and found no Error code customer did state when he ran the same test there was a E2 error code which shows that ice maker motor lost position. Ran cycle test and even though user interface shows that ice maker was moving through the step the ice maker it self was not physically moving order ice maker and main control will try installing ice maker first and ran test first ; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice maker) and 1 W11161172 (Main control)
