Mike is the Best of the Best technicians who has ever worked on our washer. Very knowable and courteous. Was not in a rush to just do his job and leave. Thank You, Thank You for Mike! Knows his stuff and truly a man of integrity.

Joe was a very personable and nice guy. He was even friendly to my little chihuahua. Unfortunately, the ice maker is not fixed. It is dripping water and occasionally spits out one ice cube. He’ll have to come back.

Well I glad it done was not happy when the first guy canceled, and the way the delivery guys from Lowe’s handled the appliances no wonder it broke , the two guys that came and fixed was very knowledgeable thank you very much
