The man was nice, but there was no error code so my issue is not settled. It’s still bounces around on the rinse cycle and comes out of balance every time. I guess I’m going to have to make some kind of box to secure it so it doesn’t jump around, not happy that it wasn’t settled

Vinnie has been to my house twice now, dishwasher and dryer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gives great advice on operating your appliances. Always on time, and very professional and personable. Fabulous and smart technician.

Vincent was knowledgeable in assessment of the issue and explained that the stove was improperly installed and we needed to contact the store where purchased.
