After the technician replaced the refrigerator water filter, I asked him if he would be able to replace the glass window the oven. Given the fact that it was purchased in 2005, he was not sure parts for the oven are still available. But he would have to charge me $90 just to look at the oven, regardless whether the part is available or not!

When our washing machine was leaking, the service man came!! Let us know that we were actually placing our laundry unbalanced which caused the leaking. No real problem with the machine, which was a good thing!
