It took a couple of visits to fix the washer, but it was because I managed to break two parts , not just one. Mike was great, patient, and my dog loves him too

Three visits and my machine is not yet repaired, had a miscommunication that caused a week delay. He replaced the motherboard, which I agreed was the problem, yet we still have the same problem We are currently waiting for another motherboard, in hopes that the first replacement part was flawed. Otherwise, Mike is very pleasant, punctual and neat Stay tuned for the final outcome

Elmer was terrific. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He was polite and approachable.

The service technician was excellent! He solved the problem in a reasonable amount of time and explained the problem so that even I could understand.

Great service; discovered after he left that replacement fridge glass shelf had minor factory defect-glued on metal tabs were not attached similar to original glass shelf, but still usable.
