Michael was very helpful and also very patient with all of my concerns and questions concerning my oven temperature. He went out of his way to check everything carefully and come up with a solution.

Technician was knowledgeable and helpful and answerd my questions and checked everything I asked him to. Today I will be baking and hopefully when I turn my oven off, everything will be improper order. Thank you! Lillian Rae
