The technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He put in a new downdraft motor, however, bent up the box It was in so that it was leaking air into the cabinet. He didn’t think to tape up the unit until after my husband questioned him on it. He said he would need to bring someone else there to help him complete the job. My husband completed the job by himself and taped it up and it works great.

The few times I’ve used DanMarc it’s always been a positive experience.
