I was very comfortable having Isaic in my home from his first visit. He was in time, pleasant, seemed confident in his knowledge of the machine’s issues. I showed Isaic a few videos of how it had been performing since we purchased it. I had called our salesman & he said since we purchased the 3 year PC Richard warranty to call them. And kinda blue us off. Didn’t even tell us Maytag had a year warranty. You can see our record of many appointments with them with no improvements. Isaic said it needed new shocks for the very loud spin cycle & a new panel for the dry spots on our clothes after a full cycle had gone through. I have only done one wash so far cause we had doctor & dentist’s appointments yesterday. Although, it was still loud it was better. I will know better when I do a few more washes this weekend. They also told me I had a suspension issue & he would ordered a part & should be in in 4 days. But he went back & closed the ticket & When I called them 5 days later they said it was a mistake & he came a few days later with 2 of the same parts that looked like small weights & didn’t help at all. So after 6 months you can imagine how grateful I am to have had Isaic here. I am still a little nervous about this machine from PC Richard because of their repair reputation. I asked one of the repair guys how do I know if this is a new machine. He said well you don’t know how long it’s been hanging around the warehouse. OMG. So I am praying it will improve but I would recommend Isaic highly!
