Service was very good. I was told I had to pay service call because I didn’t call for service during the designated time. I told the service man that my wife had died and calling back for service was not on my mind. It is the toughest and saddest time of my life. I think that should have been considered.

We had a technician come out 5 consecutive weeks to fix our 5 month old washer. First week technician thought he diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. Second week wrong part came in. Third week ordered another part. Fourth week installed the part but still didn’t work. And finally came back the fifth week to it finally working.
It is crazy that it took 5 weeks. 5 weeks of going to the laundromat, spending over 150.00.
It just wasn’t a good experience.
