Jose was very professional. At first he/we thought the entire dishwasher should be replaced. After talking with a factory rep. it was decided by the rep.to replace parts, not to my liking, but I do understand Jose is bound to factory and Dan Marc rules. We will be away for a week and when we are back we will test and use the dishwasher. We will notify Dan Narc with any problems and request Jose as he is familiar with the dishwasher. Dan Sterner
