Very thorough

Michael was great. My only complaint is that it took so long to get the part and once it arrived, I was told they had to order another part which caused another 2 week delay. From the time the problem was first diagnosed to completion it was 8 weeks.

Michael did a fantastic job repairing our washing machine. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and even shared a few priceless tips for maintaining the machine! Thank you!
