Jose did an excellent job. He arrived early, was easy to talk to and was very professional as he went about fixing our refrigerator. We appreciate all that he did.

I had to set 2 appointment almost 3 weeks waiting for 1st and 2 weeks for 2nd. The dryer make and model were input into the system so DM knew the type of dryer. When your tech showed up he said they don’t work on this appliances.
