The First Gentleman who came to look at the washer missed what the problem was. The Second Gentleman was prompt, concise, was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Not sure how the first guy missed it because it was an obviously melted plastic piece that needed to be replaced. I’m glad I went with my instinct and requested a different person come look. He was great and a great teacher!

When the service tech arrived he immediately said my problem was the location without any troubleshooting or anything. After going back and forth and him taking some things apart, I don’t know if he actually troubleshoot add anything, or if he was just appeasing me, and making it look like he was troubleshooting. At the end of the day he was very nice. However, he did not solve my problem, because he automatically assumed he knew what the problem was. And that was my temperature is too cold to wear a refrigerator is located. However, according to the manufacture specs, my fridge raider is located within a temperature range that they find acceptable and I am still having issues.

Mike explained everything in detail and made sure my washing machine was working perfectly before he left.
