Darren was professional and pleasant. We were trying to determine the source of a smell in our new dishwasher. Darren ran the diagnostics and I'm glad that no major issues were found. Darren smelled strongly of cologne, and faintly of cigarette smoke which may have hampered our ability to detect the burning plastic smell from the dishwasher during his visit. The day after his visit, we ran the dishwasher and unfortunately, the smell persists.
