From the first call to Dan Marc our experience was very positive. They immediately set a date for the technician to to come and evaluate the problem. Keith was excellent and diagnosed the problem and immediately ordered the necessary parts. He explained everything. The part arrived and I contacted the office for an appointment.They scheduled me promptly.I was very happy to see Keith return. He did an awesome job, very meticulous with his installation and clean up. He should be commended for his precision and patience. If we need assistance in the future I hope we can have him return.
