Marc was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and completed a full install of my cooktop.

To start with the good points, the repairman arrived on time and helped troubleshoot the problems. He cleaned out the lint and replaced a part. HOWEVER, my dryer was not left in the same condition as it started. After the repairman left we quickly noticed that our laundry room was becoming steamy and humid and uncomfortable when running the dryer. On return of the repairman, he said he could not reconnect the vent because it was too short, so he just shoved the dryer against the wall with the vent. For the record this was never an issue in the past. 1. That was NEVER mentioned to me at the initial visit. He just shoved it together and left. Nothing was mentioned and nothing was reconnected. 2. He never tried to move the washing machine to get better access to the dryer in the first place. Now I am dealing with trying to get the everything reconnected and a very steamy room that is going to get mold. I would never recommend this company to another friend.

He came here, looked at what had to be done. Did the job and explaind everything to me so I was very satisfied.
