I am extremely annoyed that the technician severely damaged my linoleum flooring. I have had the same type flooring for over 50 years and have had many people move my machines to wither replace them or clean behind them and no one has ripped my floor like this tech did. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The sound of a ball rolling around in the drum of my washing machine is normal according to the technician because it is a new machine and that is the sound the new ones make. The faster the drum spins centrifugal force makes the ball rolling sound stop but this is completely normal as per the tech. I hope that DanMarc will stand behind their work and do something about my damaged flooring.

To start with the good points, the repairman arrived on time and helped troubleshoot the problems. He cleaned out the lint and replaced a part.
HOWEVER, my dryer was not left in the same condition as it started. After the repairman left we quickly noticed that our laundry room was becoming steamy and humid and uncomfortable when running the dryer.
On return of the repairman, he said he could not reconnect the vent because it was too short, so he just shoved the dryer against the wall with the vent. For the record this was never an issue in the past.
1. That was NEVER mentioned to me at the initial visit. He just shoved it together and left. Nothing was mentioned and nothing was reconnected.
2. He never tried to move the washing machine to get better access to the dryer in the first place.
Now I am dealing with trying to get the everything reconnected and a very steamy room that is going to get mold.
I would never recommend this company to another friend.
