Jon was very pleasant to deal with, very professional. He completed diagnostics that were not done before. He found the issue with the refrigerator and called whirlpool to let them know it’s the inside of the refrigerator’s wiring that is causing the problem.

Vincent was wonderful, he was prompt and very kind. He was able to find the issue quickly and explained that the parts needed to be ordered. When they came in he came back and finished the job beautifully. Vincent was fabulous and a true professional at his job.
