Yech Bob was skilled and performed the diagnosis and repair perfectly. However, the one week wait to obtain the repair part for a one year old refrigerator is unconscionable. Before I retired, I could receive parts from California to NjJ in two days. That is why the score wasn’t 5.

They never called me to schedule the appointment.
You recently sent in a review on your unserviced washer. You noted that "they never called to schedule the appointment". We received the appointment from Whirlpool at 9:43 AM on the 27th, scheduled for the very next day. At 3:01 PM an automated call went out to the phone # 908-967-4894 provided by Whirlpool to inform you of the 1-4 PM window for the 28th. We did precisely what we are supposed to do. If the information provided to us was incorrect, we wouldn't have any way of knowing that. If you simply didn't realize that we called and you are more than welcome to look to see your missed calls from that afternoon, that we can't help either. We run over 500 calls per day, every day. We have been using the same company to send out our reminder calls the prior afternoon and have never had a phone number provided to us NOT receive the call. I would ask that you please verify the number on the account, if it is wrong, or search in your missed call records. We take pride in communicating with our customer's as we know your time is valuable.
