Great Service And timely

The technician, Louis, came on time and found the broken part that made the refrigerator run too cold. He ordered a replacement part and came back to install. He was polite and efficient. The refrigerator is working correctly now and we are pleased.

Mike was one of the best appliance technicians we’ve had. He was on time, personable, explained things clearly and had great attention to detail. He completed the repair on our washing machine and cleaned up like he was never there! Highly recommend Mike and Dan Marc Appliance repair!

Mike was amazing. The entire experience with DanMarc was phenomenal! We needed a KitchenAid warranty repair that they handled with ease. Convenient scheduling on the phone, automated calls about arrival window. I wish everyone had the “your technician will be arriving within 20 minutes” call. Will absolutely be contacting them again if I ever need any kind of appliance repairs outside of warranty.
