Lewis has always been exceptionally helpful in the past. With this visit, he and his teammate fixed my washer but disconnected the dryer vent. They told my wife they would never come back to move the dryer also and she was puzzled at their attitude about it. Now I need my dryer fixed and I’m looking at losing another day at work and hours on the phone.
