Had a call back for an issue that was unresolved after the 1st visit. Dan Marc responded quickly to my call and had someone out the next day. Unfortunately, the issue persisted the following day. Called back and despite water leaking onto my floor, I was told the soonest someone could be back was 9 days later. Not happy with this, especially since this would now be a third attempt to fix the same problem. I have to keep a towel on the floor in front of my refrigerator to try and prevent the wood floors from being completely ruined. They’re already cupping at the joints.

Michael was very knowledgeable. He instantly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. He fixed it (after the part became available) and also tightened up the door handles. He was efficient and friendly!
