Professional and helpful

Tech came two weeks ago. Said he wasn’t sure what the issue was but would order both parts that he thinks it could be related to and would install the right part depending on his final diagnosis. Came yesterday for the follow up and installed both parts and handed my wife a bill for $600 without discussing it with her. When she brought his up he became agitated said he didn’t understand why we would pay $600 for repairs when it’s only a $600 dishwasher. He then stormed out of my house. When I called the office to discuss they said they would send him back to take one of the parts out. If he could come back and take one of the parts out and the dishwasher would still work why did he replace it in the first place? Totally dishonest. I said forget it. I have now paid over 800 including the initial visit to get this repair done. We have used you for over 20 years but yesterday will be the last.
